AT THE SOKE YOU WILL ALWAYS BE LOOKED AFTER BY OUR CLIENT SERVICES TEAM, WHOSE ROLE IS TO ENSURE THE OPTIMAL EXPERIENCE FOR ALL THOSE WHO ENTRUST US TO PROVIDE THE BEST CARE, AS WELL AS ONGOING SUPPORT, FROM THE OUTSET.

WHEN YOU CONTACT US, THE STARTING POINT IS FOR YOU TO TELL US ABOUT YOUR ISSUES AND CIRCUMSTANCES, SO THAT THE TEAM CAN GUIDE YOU TOWARDS THE SOLUTION THAT BEST SUITS YOUR NEEDS. WHENEVER NECESSARY, THEY WILL LIAISE BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR PRACTITIONER, ENSURING THAT THERE IS A CONSTANT, SMOOTH FLOW OF COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT YOUR CARE.

  • Contact our Client Services Team on 020 7139 5051 or reception@thesoke.uk. They’ll ask you to tell them a little bit about what’s going on so that they can advise you on what sort of care would be best suited to your needs.

  • This is what our Client Services Team are here to help you navigate. Once they get a sense of what you’re going through, they can give you information about what treatment is right for you and guide you on what to expect.

  • Our Client Services team will ask you some questions - including, for example, if you have any preferences, and then recommend particular practitioners who would be suited to your needs.

  • Theoretically yes, if we don’t think that we’ll be offering you the alternative that you’re seeking, but we’ll try to find out a little bit about why you’re thinking of transferring.

  • We generally encourage our clients to attend in person for the first assessment session. In most cases, any follow-on care can then be organised to be delivered remotely.

  • Once you’ve spoken to the Client Services Team and agreed on an appointment time & practitioner, you will be sent a registration form and asked for your preferred payment method. Once these are completed, your appointment confirmation will be emailed to you.

  • It very much depends on the practitioner and/or treatment. Adult psychotherapy starts at £250. Adult psychiatry starts at £450.

  • We are covered by WPA and Cigna. You will need to provide us with your policy number and authorisation code before your treatment can be booked.
