Shersie Miller, Psychotherapist

An experienced psychodynamic therapist, Shersie has worked for several years in the NHS, as well as in mental health social care high support and as a student counsellor at University of Oxford. Shersie supports and empowers individuals to address life’s challenges in a holistic manner.

As a psychodynamic trained therapist, Shersie tailors her practice to the needs of her clients. She has experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her therapeutic approach enables adults to open up and build a non-judgemental therapeutic working relationship by working towards greater resilience, self-nurturing, self-esteem and self-awareness. This provides a safe space for reflection whereby her clients can reach their full potential.

Shersie attained a BSc. in Psychology, Cert HE in Psychodynamic Counselling & Organisational Dynamics, PG Dip. in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London.
